Cancellation Policy
Concerning services provided directly by SV Trans Tour SL.:
If you should cancel any contracted products and/or services less than 48 hours beforehand, you will be charged the total (100%) value of your ticket. If the cancellation is due to unavoidable and justifiable circumstances and these are substantiated, 50% of the value of your ticket will be returned, if such refund does not cause a greater economic loss to the provider of the products and/or services, SV Trans Tour SL. If you should cancel any contracted products and/or services more than 48 hours beforehand (in the case of products and/or services directly provided by SV Trans Tour SL you will be refunded the whole value of your ticket, minus any charges resulting from this refund which you will pay.
Tickets for events such as football matches, concerts and/or musical events cannot be returned.
With reference to the cancellation of products and/or services offered and provided by third parties, these will depend on the cancellation policies of said third parties, even if they were purchased using links from the website of SV Trans Tour SL.
General Information
The Terms and Conditions and any contractual relationship between you, and SV Trans Tour SL. are subject to the laws of Spain. For any disputes arising from the existence or content of these Terms and Conditions or the relationship between you and SV Trans Tour SL. both parties will abide by the laws of Spain.
